FILTERED FROM JADIS

Keep eyes open for her. Prone to backstabbing and inciting hundred-year winters and what-have-you.

PRIVATE TO PEVENSIES & CASPIAN
Again.

PRIVATE
Bother.

OOC: Have an Ed where the sunflowers be! Short hiatus breakout. BitchWitch is back and them folks are unhappy and wary. Link is IC. Open to action threading!

I like this curse.

(OOC: Cursed to his proper age! And he's enjoying it, too! Slow with responses - getting things fixed first!)

Where are you, White Witch? It doesn't do me well without a Queen by my side.

OOC: Cue the Road Not Traveled Curse. No regrets about betrayal, the White Witch, or Turkish Delight. Take it, denizens. Replies voice/action.

Work is repetitive, but not without its interests. Restoring a ship takes its time. Though the foundation of it takes due effort.

Snakes in a basement are common now, are they? Caspian had a good grip. Peter had a good swing. Snakes also like to spit, I've found. It's both disturbing and off. I've never seen anything so big and reptilian in size in Narnia. And the carcass? Smells. I know who has to haul that out later.

Otherwise, Father Christmas bears gifts as always. Everyone has everything back. Lucy with her cordial and Susan with her bow and arrows. Peter already has Rhindon.

Now, what about my gold chess set.

OOC: A thoughtful Ed is a thoughtful Ed.

To all those logging with Ed: I am so sorry! I just came off semi-hiatus officially. That, and I'm off vacationing now, and am just unpacking and settling back home! All replies to logs in a bit, or tomorrow. I'm really sorry for the wait. I've got to reorganise myself.

Dear All,

Triumphed over cold. Proud to share. The nurses tell me I've been sleeping it off as of late, so apparently I've missed quite a bit - songs and such. So I've recovered. Finally. (And cursed too, it seems. Brilliant.)

Turkish Delights, anyone?

- Ed

[subdued shaking; slight chattering of teeth; can you hear? the quake of something]

O-Oh, hell.

I think I have a cold.

[more swears, indecipherable somethings (this is not right)]

We're at the hospital. Via taxi? Automobiles have updated, haven't they? I think I need to make you dinner, Caspian. Thank you.

[a sneeze, oh good grief!]

Dammit.

OOC: Replies either voice/action/or otherwise! Probably voice, if you'll please-- unless you'd rather action or otherwise!

Winter here reminds me of a lot of things. Snowball fights and snow angels and witches and a hundred years worth of winter and Turkish Delights. It’s freezing. I wish I had another coat from another wardrobe somewhere. If only.

PRIVATE/PUBLIC: UNREADABLE TO THE PEVENSIES/READABLE BY ALL )

Lucy, I have your lollies from the sweet shop. And I’ve brought extra for the rest of us. And, we’re also having over Captain Jack for dinner, if that's fine.

I’m off for the moment. Hot food and drinks are always one of the good things about winter.

Enjoy the weather. Apparently it happens rare here.

P.S. Snowball fight, anyone? Besides Caspian, that is. Get ready for war, King.

(OOC: Impeccably slow replies might follow, depending. Still have old backposts to hit - so please don't get offended! Will address them all eventually!)

[sullen, stubborn, shuffling; silence before--]

Not going to apologise.

I also take it back. I would gladly do one of those things previously on my list without reward. But really, where can you find some Turkish Delights here?
